পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সংখ্যালঘু উন্নয়ন ও বিত্ত নিগম এর উদ্যোগে আগামী ৩রা জানুয়ারী থেকে ৭ই জানুয়ারী, ২০২৫ পার্ক সার্কাস ময়দানে ‘মিলন উৎসব ২০২৫’, আয়োজিত হতে চলেছে । অন্যান্য মেলার ন্যায় খাবারের ষ্টল পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সংখালঘু উন্নয়ন ও বিত্ত নিগমের মিলন মেলায় অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ।পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার দ্বারা পরিচালিত এবং অন্যান্য নামী সংস্থার সুস্বাদু খাদ্য সামগ্রীর স্টল গুলি এই মিলন মেলাকে আলাদা মাত্রা দিয়ে থাকে । আপনার যদি কোনো খাবারের ষ্টল দেওয়ার ইচ্ছে থাকে ,তাহলে আবেদন করতে পারেন । নির্বাচন হবার পর ১৫০০/- টাকা ফি নেওয়া হবে এবং তারপর স্টল দেওয়া হবে । আপনাদের SMS এর মাধম্যে জানানো হবে ।
স্টল বুকিং এর জন্য নিয়মাবলী
আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সংখ্যালঘু সম্প্রদায়ের(মুসলিম, খ্রীষ্টান , বৌদ্ধ, শিখ, পার্শী,জৈন) স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে ।
একজন আবেদনকারী একটি মাত্র স্টলের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন ।
কেবলমাত্র অনলাইন www.wbmdfc.org পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে; ৯ই থেকে ১৮ই ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ এর মধ্যে আবেদন করতে হবে ।
প্রতিটি স্টলের সাইজ ১০’ x ১০’
প্রতিটি স্টল বুকিং- এর মূল্য মাত্র দেড় হাজার (১৫০০/-) টাকা ।
আবেদনকারীকে স্টল নির্বাচনের জন্য সম্ভাব্য তারিখ SMS মারফত জানানো হবে,তখন খাদ্য দ্রব্যাদীর নমুনা ও আধার কার্ড (Aadhaar) নিয়ে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সংখ্যালঘু উন্নয়ন ও বিত্ত নিগম,অম্বর ভবন, ডিডি -২৭/ই সল্টলেক, কোলকাতা -৭০০০৬৪ এ দেখা করতে হবে ।
স্টলের জন্য নির্বচিত হলে, একদিনের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা জমা করতে হবে । নচেৎ আবেদনকারীকে বাতিল বলে গন্য করা হবে । কখন আসতে হবে SMS মারফত জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
কোনরুপ TA অথবা DA দেওয়া হবে না ।
মেলা শেষ না হওয়া পর্য়ন্ত মেলা ছেড়ে যাওয়া যাবে না ।
কোন প্রকার দাহ্য বস্তু ব্যাবহার করা যাবেনা। শুধু মাত্র একটি করে মাইক্রো ওভেন বা induction ব্যবহার করা যাবে ।
প্রত্যেকটি স্টলে ২ টি করে প্লাগ পয়েন্ট, দুটি করে চেয়ার ও দুটি টেবিল দেওয়া হবে, তার বেশি নয় । মাইক্রো ওভেন বা induction নিজেকে বহন করতে হবে ।
ব্যাবসার নিজস্ব ব্যানার থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক ।
UPI এর পেমেন্টের জন্য QR Code লাগানো বাধ্যতামূলক ।
স্টল ০১.০১.২০২৫ তারিখ দুপুর তিন ঘটিকায় মেলা প্রাঙ্গনে হস্তান্তর করা হবে। যারা অনুপস্থিস্ত থাকবে তাদের ষ্টল বাতিল করে ওয়েটিং লিস্টের আবেদনকারীকে বন্টন করা হবে ।
উদ্বোধনের দিন (০৩.০১.২০২৫) দুপুর ১২ ঘটিকার ভেতর স্টল সাজিয়ে বসা বাধ্যতামূলক, যারা নির্বাচিত হবে । যারা অনুপস্থিত থাকবে তাদের ষ্টল বাতিল করে ওয়েটিং লিস্টের আবেদনকারীকে ষ্টল বন্টন করে দেওয়া হবে ।
সংস্থার চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী নির্বাচিত আবেদনকারীকে স্টল বন্টন করা হবে এবং আবেদনকারী সেটা মানতে বাধ্য থাকবেন ।
নিগম কতৃপক্ষের যাবতীয় সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে গন্য হবে ।
যাকে স্টল বণ্টন করা হবে,তিনি যে কোনো অবস্থায় অন্য কাওকে স্টল হস্তান্তর করা পারবেন না ।
অনলাইন এ আবেদন করতে সাহায্য করার জন্য , পার্কসার্কাস ময়দানে সহায়তা কেন্দ্র রয়েছে , যেখানে নিখরচায় অনলাইন এ আবেদন করা যাবে ।

Application Process for booking of stall at Milan Utsav.
West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation is going to organizing 'Milan Utsav 2025' at the Park Circus Maidan from 3rd to 7th January, 2025. Food stall is one of the attractions of WBMDFC Milan Utsav. If anyone wants to take a
food stall, he/she can apply. After selection, a fee of Rs. 1500/- will be charged.
Process for Booking Stalls
The applicant must be from the Minority community (Muslim,
Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, Parsi and Jain) of West Bengal.
One applicant can apply for one stall.
Registration of Food Stall can be done online from 9th to 18th December,2024 only through www.wbmdfc.org portal
Size of stall viz 10’x10’
A fee of 1500/- will be charged for each stall booking.
The applicant will be intimated through SMS with the probable date for stall selection.Applicant should come with the sample of the food products and Aadhaar Card at WBMDFC, Amber Bhavan, DD-27/E, Sector-I, Saltlake City, Kolkata - 700064.
If selected for the stall, the fees has to be deposited within one day. Otherwise, the it will be deemed to have been cancelled.
In no way TA or DA will be given.
The fair cannot be left until the fair is over.
Any inflammable goods are strictly prohibited, only Microwave oven and inductioncan be used.
There are two plug point, two chairs, and two tables maybe served at the stall.Microwave oven or inductionshould be carried by the applicants.
It is mandatory for businesses to have their own banner.
The stall will be handed over to the fair premises on 01.01.2025 at 3 PM,In case of absense,application will be cancelled and the stall will be allotted to applicant in waiting list.
Those who will be selected, it is mandatory to set up the stalls within 12 noon on the day of inauguration (03.01.2025) Those who will remain absent their allotment will be cancelled and stalls will be allotted to the applicants who are on the waiting list.
QR code is mandatory for UPI payment.
The decision of the corporation authority will be final.
To whom the stall will be allotted, the stall cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
